Tomorrow, May 4th is our monthly club meeting.

We’ll be going over the Gathering and going over upcoming summer events like the Menehune Contest & Rockin’ 60’s Contest that is held during the June Doheny Surf Festival.
•
Meeting starts at 9:30am and is held at Doheny State Beach’s Site A (see slide 2 for location).
•
Our monthly beach clean up with follow our club meeting. Make sure to bring your favorite cleaning gear.
•

We are stoked to share with everyone the final team results of this year’s Gathering of the Tribes. It was a wonderful weekend with great surf and wonderful weather.

Good day, folks. Can you believe that it is March already?

Tomorrow, Saturday, March 2nd, is our monthly general meeting and we are stoked, when aren’t we stoked?

We will be going over our upcoming club contest, the Gathering of the Tribes that will be taking place on April 20 & 21 2024. We are stoked to be having the contest once again at the world-famous Churches surf break. If you’d love to help the club out during this amazing event we will be taking volunteer sign-ups at tomorrow’s meeting.

There is also our first monthly club beach clean following the meeting. As a club with an environmental foundation, we are stoked to be starting up this new tradition of cleaning up the beach after our monthly meetings. Bring some gloves, and your favorite trash picker, and let’s keep our favorite beach beautiful and clean.

The meeting starts at 9:30 am at Doheny State Beach, Site A. Beach clean up following the meeting.

At the February 4th meeting we were able to meet up with the Marco Surf Team (@marco.surf.team) and donate 4 repaired boards to help their kids surf.

The surf club has been taking in boards that need repairs and donating them to kids in school that need boards to start surfing.
•
Thank you to the kind people that have brought us boards to repair. The club is stoked to help spread the spirit of aloha.
